Our story began in 1978 when 3 friends established Colonial Realty of Colonial Heights. One year later, the agency officially became Century 21 Colonial Realty. In 1980, Bettye Reitmeier and Bobby Fisher joined the team and became co-owners in 1984. And the rest, they say, is history.
Today, Bettye is the sole owner of Century 21 Colonial Realty, making us a locally, independently, woman-owned and operated agency that proudly serves Colonial Heights and surrounding communities with their buying, selling, and property management needs.
And while a lot in the real estate industry has changed, our address and our beliefs stay the same; integrity, confidence, open communication, honesty, quality service, and building relationships with clients and other professionals, the Century 21 way.
