Initial Consultation

The initial meeting is when we get to know you and your family. What is your financial situation? Have you gotten a pre-approval letter yet? What is your monthly budget and price range for your new home? What are your real estate goals? What is on your wishlist? What are your must-haves?

 

This information helps us provide you with a customized experience in finding your dream home or next investment property and match you up with the right financial resources if needed. 

 

Pre-approval with lender

If you haven’t already done so, we highly advise you to get a pre-approval letter from a lender. A pre-approval helps you know how much home you can afford and lets a seller know you are serious when presenting an offer on their home. 

 

Not sure what lender to go with or where to find one? We can help you find someone!

 

Home searches

Using the information from our initial meeting allows us to create a list of your must-haves, deal-breakers, and would-like-to-haves. These lists will narrow down the search to finding homes that meet your needs, goals, and budget. 

 

Home showings

Our expertise in utilizing the MLS and our extensive network of other agents locally and around the country allows us to find homes that meet your criteria. 

 

We can schedule as many or as few showings as you would like. There is never any pressure on our end!

 

Offer and Contract

Once you find the ONE, you can feel confident that we work collectively to create a firm offer that presents a fair price, contingencies, etc. As your advocate, we will use our firm negotiating skills to ensure you get the right house at the right price

 

Earnest Money Deposit, Inspection and Repairs, and Mortgage Application

These are three critical steps to complete long before closing day. We guide you and ensure all steps are met to close quickly, efficiently, and stress-free. 

 

Once your inspection report returns, we will review it with you and make a repair request to the seller on your behalf. And we are always available to answer any questions that may come up along the way!

 

Final Walk-Through

Right before closing, we will do a final walk-thru of the home together to ensure it is in the proper condition.

Sign final documents and get the keys to your new home! Congratulations!
